Formerly a schoolhouse on the “quiet side” of Mount Desert Island, WAKE was retained to manage and design the renovation in the heart of Maine’s Acadia National Park.

Formerly a derelict auto-body shop in Maine, “The Garage” has been transformed into a 3,400 SF four-season home and guesthouse that thoughtfully responds to its surroundings.

This 200-square-foot cabin functions as a private office, storage space, and writer’s retreat.
